Are the prices wholesale?
Yes, all the prices are wholesale.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, we do drop ship directly to your customer.
Do you blind ship?
Yes, we do blind ship. It will not indicate your company name or address. It will indicate Shipping Department and Our address.
What are the shipping rates?
We have an Excel file that you may download with four shipping zones. You will need to base your shipping cost from the zone that is closest to your customer's address. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE NOT EXACT AMOUNTS.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere. Extra shipping charges may apply outside the 48 continental states. As well as outside the U.S.
Do you ship outside of the 48 continental states? If so what are the shipping costs?
Yes, We can ship out of the 48 continental states. In order to get a shipping cost on any order going out of the 48 continental states you will need to email customer service so they may get the quote for you and then email you back in writing what the estimated shipping cost is. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL ITEMS THAT YOU WANT TO SHIP.
What shipping companies do you use?
For small packages we use FedEx. We can ship USPS as well if requested. For truck orders we use all major freight companies. Our goal is to give you the best rates!
How soon after the order is placed will the order ship?
The order ships the next business day in most cases.
Are there minimum quantities?
There are no minimum quantities. You may order as many or as little as you need.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, the tracking numbers are provided. You can see the tracking number in the order management section.
How do I pay you?
When you place the order on line you will need to pay with a credit card. This will allow the order to ship quicker. You may do a wire transfer as well. The freight should be paid with a credit card. After the order has processed and we get the frieght amount, your credit card will be charged the next business day.
What payment do you take for inground pool kits?
For the inground pool kits, the payment needs to be a wire transfer. You will need to email customer service for the wire transfer information once the order has been placed.
Do you offer a net 30 or 60 payment plan?
We do apologize, however we do not offer a net 30 or 60 payment plan. All orders have to be paid in full before the order can ship.
How are the returns handled?
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Returns need to be in resellable condition. If the customer wants to return an item then they will need to ship it back to us at their own expense. If the customer wants to return a special order item you must contact customer service for authorization. Some extra fees may apply with special order returns. If the home owner refuses the shipment, the dealer will be charged the freight coming back to us as well. If the item comes back used a refund may not be processed. (see also restocking fees)
Is there a restocking fee?
We do have a restocking fee on all returns. The restocking fee will be 25%. Restocking fee may be waved on a case by case basis.
How can the Quantiy On Hand (QOH) be checked?
At this time we do not have a program in play that will show you QOH.
When will the tracking show up?
Tracking numbers on small package items will show up as soon as the order goes through our FedEx machine which is the next business day in most cases. Tracking numbers on truckline orders will show up in the system the next business day in most cases.
Is there a handling fee on the orders?
No, we do not apply handling fees to the orders.
Is there a membership fee?
No, we do not have a membership fee.
How do you communicate when product is out of stock or prices have changed?
Our IT department sends an email out to the dealers on all changes. As far as out of stock items you may send customer service an email to verify if an item is in stock. Our goal for next pool season is to be fully stocked on all items.
How long does the drop ship take when shipped from the manufacturer?
The manufacturer should be shipping the special orders within 1-3 business days, unless the item is out of stock with them as well. In this case, the special order department will make customer service aware of the item being out of stock, at that point customer service will then email the dealers with an estimated shipping date.
How fast will the inground pool kit ship?
From the time the order is placed to the pool kit leaving our warehouse is usually around 1-3 business days.
